need way to delete pipelines

My list of pipelines is out of control. We will need a way for people to delete pipelines from their list (assuming they are not published). This seems like a tricky subject because then if they later want to publish those results it should be saved somewhere

Agreed. I set up the DB so that deleting a pipeline also deletes results; it's important to emphasize that publication is a unit of data+analysis+results. Removing one of the three should prevent publication of the rest.
