download all dates?

Hi Bram,

with the integration reaching the next level (thanks for your continues development!) I was wondering if we can somehow get the dates for a longer period of time.
Using Saver myself, I can check their website and get the pickups for the whole year.
And yet, the integration always shows an unavailable for the next trash pickup of 'today's trash type, see:

today is Plastic and the next has not been downloaded (so my templates show Tba)

would there be a way to get more dates into HA in one go? they offer to add them to your calendar using many formats, even directly via webcal://saver.nl/ical/1674200000037894 (fake address) Maybe afvalwijzer can import those?
