Can someone help a new guy making a card?

I'm rather new at Home Assistant, and need some help making cards.
I installed Afvalwijzer through HACS, and I have all the sensors working now. When I go to Settings > Devices & Services and click on the 9 entities under Afvalwijzer, they do show correct dates for when various kinds of trash will be picked up.
But now I'm completely lost. What do I do with these sensors to create a card? Explain it to me like I'm in kindergarden. :P (mag ook in het Nederlands)

Hi Wouter,

With the sensors, you can present the items in a dashbord. Go to 'Overzicht' and click on the pensol

Now you are in the edit mode. Click on 'Kaart toevoegen'

en selecteer Entiteiten

Here you can select the sensors. It can look like this:
