(FEAT REQ) - Delay at char transmit and -d line transmit delay greater than 500ms allowed

Hello.

I found -d line delay transmit command line switch. However, the max value seems to be 500 (ms). I might need more to be able to upload basic files to old basic computer. I also need char transmit delay - otherwise sending is too fast :-(
