Messages for list views with empty content

Not a huge deal, but there are list views all over the public and private sites, and sometimes they have nothing to show. One example is during breaks when both the schedule and the album chart are empty. Also, the playlist view is momentarily empty between shows. Therefore, it would be nice to display some kind of message whenever the list content is empty, like "Nothing to show here! :(" or whatever.
