Dear all,

I would like to get achieve something like a "reviewer access" in PRIDE to the not yet publicly available workflow and thought the sharing link feature is the way. But the access level to the workflow via the link is "View" only if I got it right, not "Download".

Is this intended behavior please? Would it be possible to add an option to set also the access level to the link created or is there any other way to achieve the desired behavior I am missing?

Thank you for your response!

Best regards,
David

Hi David, thanks for reporting this.

It seems the "Files" tab is not accessible when viewing via a sharing link, but the "Download RO-Crate" button should still be visible and functional. Let me know if this isn't the case for you.

I opened an issue here: seek4science/seek#2152

yes, I am able to download the RO-crate, missed that one, thanks!

so, am I right to assume the files tab should be available as well and this is the best way to deal with this "reviewer access" mode?

thanks again!

Yes that's right, the feature was added for this exact use case
