기능 상세

기존 RestDocs의 경우 문서가 안이쁘..(?)기도 하고 무엇보다 API를 직접 실행시켜 볼 수 없는 것 같습니다.
작업 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

RestDocs로 OpenAPI 명세로 출력
Swagger-UI에서 OpenAPI 명세를 불러오는 방식으로 개선
