ErrorCode description이 구체화가 필요합니다.
제출자의 이름이 너무 깁니다.와 같은 메세지가 프론트 측에서 정보가 부족하여, 제출자의 이름이 몇 글자를 초과해서 예외가 발생했는지를 추가해야 합니다.
