Notifications sometimes does not return data to JS side in killed state

As the title mentions, sometimes in killed state the notification data is not received in JS side. Even though the notification is build properly. On clicking sometimes I dont get the payload. Maybe the intent gets lost sometimes. This issue is not occurring always, but happen occasionally maybe 3 out of 7 times. It is also not happening if you keep on sending notifications and clicking on it in killed state. It only happens after span of 2 hours between notifications
