Not able to untrain a utterance.

Bug - I'm unable to untrain a utterance, by keeping it out of scope, I've trained my sentence under out of scope for 20 times. Still the intent is being identfied.

What is the current behavior?
For sentence What will the recipient receive when I send a Senco issued Gift Card? my app identifies it as offers intent.
When is the Senco issued Gift Card sent to the recipient? Check for this sentence as well.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

1. Go to understanding in below mentioned app id.
2. Now type or paste the above sentence in understanding.
3. Train it out of scope.
4. Wait for it to train
5. Again type same sentence, still it identifies offers intent.

What is the expected behavior?
I don't want to identify it as an intent, It should go out of scope.
