wrong intent captured in the NLP history

What is the current behavior?
some times a weird behavior appears. When adding the sentence on the wit training box the correct intent is captured. However, when the user sends it and we track the NLP history, a wrong intent seems to be captured although the sentence is trained on a different intent .

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
If you write "تفعيل الخط" on wit it is capturing the correct intent "Reconnect_HD_AR". but in reality its capturing "Offers_AR_ Intent and therefore the is receiving a wrong response.

What is the expected behavior?
The correct intent should be captured every time.
