What is the current behavior?

I am using Almufaragh app to convert audios to text, this app needs having a Token.
it went perfectly until yesterday when I can not have the transcripted file anymore.
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
there are 2 steps to have the transcrpted text after uploading the audio file.
first, split audio file; which thank Allah has done successfully. on the other hand, the problem happens on the second step ( upload the server ), when this statement appears ( Bad auth, check token/params ), when the operation is finished, I can not find the transcript because the folder is empty.

What is the expected behavior?
I can find the transcripted file after finishing step number 2.
If applicable, what is the App ID where you are experiencing this issue? If you do not provide this, we cannot help.
