Instructions to assemble PCB

Hello,

Thank you for offering this board as open source.

I know the project is permanently on-hold, but I hope to get this board assembled for a personal project. I don't have much experience having PCBs assembled via vendors like PCBWay or JLCPCB.

Does anyone have experience assembling this board? I have read various threads about the board, but I'm unable to find any instructions on how to assemble it. Hopefully someone can point me into the right direction.

I contacted PCBway and pointed them at this github repo. They found the gerber file(s) and centroid file but no BOM file to go from. They suggested I create my own BOM file but I am nowhere near experienced to do so.
