A group of 22 researchers gathered in Salt Lake City from October 10 - 11, 2015 to put together a whole cell model encoded in SBML, SBGN, and SED-ML. The project, Whole Cell II, was a continuation of the Whole Cell Workshop on Combining standards for today's models, held in Rostock from March 9-13, 2015. Both events were funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
