GiantDipper.py allows for the configuration file to specify "comparison" configurations that run alongside the primary configuration, placing and filling fake/local orders. This allows users to test out alternative configurations and see how they do in real time. We should document this in the README or create a wiki the details the whole configuration file and possible usages.
