Wezterm keybindings interfere with application specific keybindings

I've set the following keys in my wezterm config to be similar to what Helix / Neovim has

	{ key = "u", mods = "CTRL", action = wezterm.action.ScrollByPage(-1) },
	{ key = "d", mods = "CTRL", action = wezterm.action.ScrollByPage(1) },

It works, but that also disabled the Ctrl-u and Ctrl-d keys within Helix.
How should i fix this?
