Plugin: Lazy workspace initialization

Hi!

In my daily workflow I need variable number of predefined workspaces/sessions (3-5). And I'm don't like to create layouts from ui and commands and then save/restore them. For me much better determine layout by config or code.

And found some ideas

• use keybinding to generate layout
• Aaron's Dev Blog - Wezterm workspace switcher API

And I try to implement it for my workflow.

Plugin Lazy workspace layout

This is something such as gui-startup but for workspace startup

Only wants to share this solution for others and find other ways for my workflow.

Usage
