Not smooth experience in windows... max_fps not making dirrerence

I am using wezterm in my windows with wsl since last 5-6 months and its awesome. but i feel very jittery while scrolling specially in neovim, I tried several configuration changes but non of them makes any change at all.

these are the changes i tried, but none worked. i am using windows 11 on laptop with 13th gen i5 and rtx 4050 gpu. everything else except wezterm runs very smooth.
