Next tagged release?

Curious when the next tagged release is planned for or if there are any items pending resolution before tagging a new release.

I'm hoping to upgrade to the version for windows that ships with the newer version of ConPty with support for undercurl (so I can get spellchecking to display correctly in neovim), but I'm blocked from using the nightly build because I use 1Password to manage my SSH keys, which requires the app to be properly signed to allow access to the ssh keys.
