Allow exclusion of classes/types from the reconciliation process

Feature request that was raised by a participant of the SWIB21 conference who frequently reconciles datasets with Wikidata. It would be helpful if it were possible to exclude certain (Wikidata) types or classes from the reconciliation process. Example: do not reconcile this selected data against (subclasses of) Organization.
