Pegar com Segatto, racional ou querys que validam e disparam o e-mail informando criação de usuário sem ticket.
Criar e alimentar TBL dentro do Sentinella para armazenar todos os registros sem ticket, validando duplicidade.
Criar rotina de execução diária.
