[cli] read user's resources from dir?

maybe used always, maybe just in setup.

node: read and parse user's filesystem like virsh-wrapper, parse all found resources into array.

pro: so, if --machine is missing, we can prompt better (select from list of machines instead of typing name).

con: not sure yet which tool does what. virsh-wrapper already parses.
