[Feature]: Connect to external devices with the desktop app

Context

I have a magnetic switch keyboard and it requires me to use their website (https://hub.fgg.com.cn/) to adjust the parameters. The site works by connecting to a HID device which is the keyboard. The keyboard's firmware is also updated through their website. They didn't provide an offline package, so I use the archiveweb.page extension to save the whole site and it works perfectly.
However the desktop app can't connect to external devices so it is unusable.

What change would you like to see?

I want to be able to connect to external devices in the desktop app just like in a normal chromium-based browser.
