Expected Behavior

Filter field under project or board selection dropdown list

Actual Behavior

No field

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.There are no steps to reproduce, there is no field for filters, while I see it in pictures in other issues..

Specifications

Chronos-timetracker version: 4.2.0
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
