What subject does this issue tracking?

According the article - Downsize your JavaScript: Mastering Bundler Optimizations, in some cases, Rspack's bundle size does not meet expectations. This may be related to minimizer, tree shaking, runtime templates, etc.

This issue is used to track on the research and optimization of Rspack's output bundle size.
