Tracking milestone locations

The list of existing milestones in the game is finite, and one could add a DB of those to the plugin.

Users could then map manually ingame on binding, or an import feature from LOTRO companion would have to be built as an alternative. There is no known way to obtain the milestone location ingame just with the means of plugins.

This would allow showing the exact location in any text views, and to show icons on the map views.
