Hi Wouter,
we have noticed that the length violin plots do not necessarily fit with the Length Histograms when using several samples. Plots were created using v.1.22.0 but I tried the latest version and get the same results.

Here is an example showing the violin plots (the highlighted sample is also the one show in the next plot:

And here is the corresponding histogramm with all samples except only the circled one is shown:

Here we would expect a peak at 10Kb. And if I run NanoComp on only that one sample it seems to be doing it right:

Do you have any idea on what might be wrong or suggestions if I did something wrong? I am running it pretty vanilla NanoComp --outdir ./output --fastq *_ont.fastq.gz

Hi,

Just to be sure - in the last plot there is a peak at around 17kb - but you zoomed in too much in the histogram for 17kb. Is there a peak there?
