Update GitHub Actions to v4

Description

We need to update the GH Actions actions/upload-artifact and actions/download-artifact to v4.
It was found that v3 is being used in these workflows:

• https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-installation-assistant/blob/4.10.1/.github/workflows/offline-installation.yml
• https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-installation-assistant/blob/4.10.1/.github/workflows/password-tool.yml
• https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-installation-assistant/blob/4.10.1/.github/workflows/Test_installation_assistant_distributed.yml
• https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-installation-assistant/blob/4.10.1/.github/workflows/Test_installation_assistant.yml

Tasks

• Update the version to v4
• Test the workflows
• Provide evidence of a successful execution

The corresponding changes have been made to the workflows that were using version v3.

Important

During testing, some errors were detected that prevent the workflow from running entirely, and therefore, verifying that it works correctly with these changes.

• Offline installation workflows use release packages instead of pre-release packages #161
• Password tool workflow use the builder.sh script with outdated options #162

Due to this problems, the issue is now blocked

Update report

Once both issues were fixed, both workflows were tested again:

• The version of the offline-installation.yml workflow was updated in this PR (Refactor offline instalation test #191), and its correct functionality can be seen here.
• To update the versions in the password-tool.yml workflow, this PR (Update upload and download artifact actions to v4 #198) was opened, where the workflow was executed. In it, we can see that everything ran successfully.
