First of all, thank you for providing this tool!
Currently I am working on an algorithm for deep learning based rib fracture classification. I use TotalSegmentator for the rib number labeling assignment. I have run TotalSegmentator on 30 patients and it seems that my segments are consistently assigned the wrong label, see table below.
Is there something I might have done wrong which can be solved? If not, I can just rename the labels as well!
Additionally, I have another question. Some patients only have 11 pairs of ribs instead of 12. TotalSegmentator do not seem to perform very well on these cases due to the 12th missing rib. Does this 12th class needs to be assigned? Is there an option for only labeling 11 pairs?
Thank you in advance!
