This update will fix FiveM appearance for many users.

Features include:

• Further compatibility with ESX versions including the latest Legacy
• Auto insert of outfits table
• skinConvert console command added in replacement of the make-shift SQL I had initially(This was actually done in 1.0.5)

Anyone who tried the resource previously without success is encouraged to try again if you had any 'xPlayer' related errors!

Removed the SQL that reset everyone's skins when switching from esx_skin/skinchanger.

New skinConvert console command added to convert all esx_skin/skinchanger skins to the FiveM equivalent(Thank you scrumbee).
