Figma is not only a web app but a desktop and mobile app. Currently the only way to track is through extensions and the mac wakatime. I understand if this won't be implemented. But maybe for a time in the future.

We can currently track both Figma Web and Figma Desktop:

This figma-wakatime repo won't work until Figma allows running plugins in the background.
