문제를 간략히 설명해주세요

특정 string이 '포함'되면 메뉴가 아닌 것으로 판단하는 로직과, 특정 string과 일치하면 메뉴가 아닌 것으로 판단하는 로직이 섞여 있음. 가독성을 위해 이 둘을 분리.
retry 로직 추가 (retrying 라이브러리)
debug_crawl 시 이전 날짜는 크롤링 안되는 이슈 해결
sql문 분리
