Allow people to load their own data

Allow people to upload zipped VERIS JSON or a veris csv and have it parsed.

For JSON, verisr may have to be loaded in to python to read it. Also, it'll need to be able to read the json file or an archive with one or more json files.

There'll be a bunch of file handling.

Currently, the graphs are manually laid out. Sigma.js would need to be modified to automatically lay out the graphs.
