It would be really great to be able to remotely connect to my remote system running a bunch of containers that I spun up with DockSTARTER and manage them from my laptop. Is there an easy way to do this or plans of adding it?

Thanks for the report! I think it should be possible as is to connect to a remote instance using an http/https connector. It will require the remote host to expose a tcp socket for dockeye to connect to. The location of the socket could then be specified in the settings.
What I'm thinking about here is having an ability to save multiple hosts and have an easy way to switch between them. I'd really like to have this implemented at some stage.
