Disable webpack progress

Hey there,

we just migrated to v5. During v4 times we used

devServer: {
    progress: !process.env.CI,
},

to disable the progress bar on CI since it clutters our logs. Since vue-cli 5 migrated to webpack-dev-server v4, this option was moved to client, so I'd assume we would need to change our configuration to this:

devServer: {
    client: {
        progress: !process.env.CI,
    },
},

Unfortunately, this has no effect. I also tried to remove the progress plugin as suggested elsewhere using chainWebpack but to no avail. vue inspect claims that there is no progress plugin installed.

Any help much appreciated!
