v-bind() in CSS on a disabled <Teleport> seems not to work

Hello everyone,

I am reaching out to share a question and observation that have arisen concerning the usage of v-bind() in CSS on a disabled <Teleport> element in Vue 3.

Not sure if this is a real problem or am I using the component incorrectly?

Here a bug reproduction. Play with disabled prop value or with the v-bind() in Child.vue: play.vuejs
