Suggestion: Move forum to Discourse #123

I suggest moving the forum at http://forum.flux.party/ from BBcode to Discourse, as the UIX is much better.

You can see a live example at https://ethresear.ch/.

We actually used Discourse before and ran into an issue updating that eventually broke the whole instance :(

I still have a file-level backup but from what I can tell it's a PITA to bring it back online via that or to trawl through for content (don't want to release publicly without making sure there aren't PMs, etc, in there)
