several bosses are missing the "summon player" mechanic when someone runs far away and tries to escape, or is in LOS not exactly sure how it works
https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=20477/summon-player#used-by-npc;0-2+1 look at those for a list, I can confirm magmadar can use it in classic
Do ctrl+f SPELL_SUMMON_PLAYER in the core and some bosses are missing it(like magmadar and golemagg), unless they got it in another way ? I can't really test that

It is used when boss cannot find a path to the player who has the highest threat.
I think it is also also used if boss cannot reach player with the highest threat, due to range. It is used so people won't kite bosses.
