Gerneral quest system bugs

Quest tracking at right screen:

• active quest are not listed after login (not sure if this is retail behavior?)
• sometimes a quest can appear twice
• sometimes, adding/removing quests from UI does not work

Quest message in middle of the screen:

• when looting the last item for any gather quest, the message "Item x 10/10" appears twice. Instead of posting two times the same message, one of those texts (as far as I remember) should be "Quest x complete".

Quest/Group behavior:
accepting a quest which can be completed as group -> all group members will be ask to accept quest, regardless how far they are away (even on other continet)
