Add IDs for research software

What is the motivation for your change request?
The VIVO Ontology would be improved by providing more choices for (persistant) identifiers of research software, e.g. from software repositories etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding all useful identifiers that were mentioned in the ID survey of the Ontology Interest Group. There were only few suggestions, and some are already included. It might be valuable to have a look at the domains of the existing IDs, that's why they are listed here anyway.

• SWHID (Software Heritage ID) (already possible)
• Wikidata ID
• DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
• Github
• Gitlab
• Codeberg
• other software repositories

Describe alternative solutions
Add some of these here and move the others to new issues.
