fatalities do not show up in editor, but do show in details page

http://ojo-streamer.herokuapp.com/data/landslide/5814 shows 0 in fatalities. This is correct, because I entered the fatalities as 0. However, the editor still shows fatalities as:

non-zero tallies do not seem to be a problem:

in 5816, fatalities were unknown, and injuries were recorded as 0. These fields appear to work in the same way, showing 0 on the details page, even if nothing was entered, and unknown in the editor.
