QR Code disappears and only the Verida logo remains #131

Steps to replicate:

Scenario 1:

Open https://markdown-editor.demos.testnet.verida.io/
Click the 'Connect with Verida' button
Click the 'X' button
Click the 'Connect with Verida' button again
Need to reload the page to see the entire QR Code

Scenario 2:

Open https://markdown-editor.demos.testnet.verida.io/
Click the 'Connect with Verida' button
Select 'Confirm' in the Vault app
On the Web App, click the user avatar
Click the Logout button
Click the 'Connect with Verida' button

Actual Result: QR Code disappears and only the Verida logo remains.

Expected Result: The entire QR Code should always be visible.

@RochelleBondoc, from my investigation over the weekend I was able to replicate this error in about two demos,

I think this issue could possibly be from our account-web-vault package .
