On the Demos page https://developers.verida.network/docs/extras/demos :

Remove the Credential Issuer Demo, since it's been made obsolete
Add Polygon ID Demo: https://news.verida.io/user-guide-get-started-with-polygon-id-zero-knowledge-credentials-in-the-verida-wallet-f1d6f953f285
