Set up redirection plugin and change SSO page slugs

We recently updated the documentation with the wording Verida Connect instead of Verida SSO. But the slug of some pages are still referring to sso.

• Install a docusaurus plugin to handle redirection of pages
• Double check all pages, particularly the ones we reworded Verida SSO to Verida Connect
• Change the slugs accordingly, if relevant
• Configure the plugin to redirect the old slugs to the new one
