The Chore

New Core feature allows staking from general account, need to support this.

Tasks

  • Console transfer function should allow transfers from GENERAL account to LOCKED_FOR_STAKING account
  • Console transfer function should allow transfers from LOCKED_FOR_STAKING account to GENERAL account
