UI polish

Most components of the UI have an experimental look.

A non-exhaustive list of peculiarities:

• Many item type components have text views that take up an entire line despite being short in length
• The dropdown inputs... flicker on brief touch? Surely I must be doing something wrong
• The selected navigation item within the SRS hub is not highlighted well enough
• The selected navigation item within the SRS hub is not shown on the app bar
• Many components have... interesting padding/margin choices

The first click in a fragment after having navigated within the SRS hub is not "registered", but instead works to "focus" the fragment. Not a good user experience.
