bip32_master_key with seed and password

Hello, how I can use pybtctool bip32_master_key , hd_coldwallet privkey with seed and password,
for example I have made seed and password here -

--BIP39 Mnemonic ---> seed
--BIP39 Passphrase (optional) --> password

I want use this seed and password with pybitcointools ,
