I like this theme very much and wanna use it in windows.

Just commenting, things are probably hard in windows. You don't have a lot of option except using GUI solutions to build stuff. In such case, it takes a long time.

On the other hand, in Linux, we are just using inkscape and xcursorgen to generate the cursors, which is way simpler. IDK how to get this working on windows, I don't even have a single windows system here in my locality, nobody use Windows, and it gets quite hard to test.

Not sure if we can really give windows support...

Other contributors can help...
