Madagascar phone number length is 9, not 10

Hello! I tried to use intl_phone_field package in my flutter project.
I see that validation for Madagascar phone number is not correct.
For example, a valid number is +261 34 15 452 53, instead of +261 034 15 452 53

Same problem with Uruguay, this package have 9 digits where it's 8
