Babelfy changes #24

The changes regarding babelfy has led to two minor problems:

The readme is out of date regarding where to put the babelfy API key. The babelfy.var.properties file no longer exists, and the key now apparently goes into the disambiguation.conf file.
The requirements.txt file does not include the now needed BabelPy package.
